Purchasing Team:
Source products from qualified factories, provide timely updates of project status to customers. Obtain customer approval parts from manufacturing facilities. Negotiate pricing and deliver with suppliers.
Engineering & Development Team:
Assist customer with product development and design for manufacturability. Create 3D product design with 2D drawings. Follow up product during manufacturing development & production stage. Troubleshoot production and quality problems. Create comprehensive assessment of supplier’s manufacturing capacity and capability. Provide technical support to Purchasing Team.
Supply Chain Team:
Create and maintain Qualified Supplier List. Conduct audits of all suppliers along with Quality Team. Monitor real-time performance of all suppliers.
Logistics team:
Determine optimal shipping arrangements to provide customer with best shipping price and performance. Continuously follow all orders to assure successful on-time to customers.
Administration Team:
Responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Policy, Contracts and daily operations.
Quality Team:
Inspect the product quality after mass product, and finally decide if the product is to release shipment, provide the final inspection report to logistics and purchase team.
